cardio/pilates

Ok, today I officially start the diet.  This time I am really committed.  Toby didn’t get his walk because of the bad weather, but I will try and make it a point to get it in tomorrow.   I am very happy that I got my workout in.  At the end of the day, I was not really interested in running or staying late for pilates.  But I did.  I had to tell myself that once I got my shoes on, I would be fine.  Even if I just walked the track it was better than nothing.  Then i had an awesome run.  The first few loops were rough but then my body warmed up.  I also met a running buddy who really pushed me.  I am going to try and run with him on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  Pilates was ok, but not great.  I prefer Jennifer’s class to Jeans’ but what can I do.  I will just have to try again on Thursday to see who teaches and also try the AM classes (or just ask Jodi).  Until tomorrow.
